REDD concluded a two-day endline Organizational Capacity Assessment (OCA) of its overall system in eight capacity areas, facilitated by Democracy International (DI) and supported by USAID/Liberia. The areas assessed are:
1. Organizational Governance
2. Administration and Procurement
3. Organizational Management & Sustainability
4. Human Resource Management
5. Financial Management
6. Resource Mobilization
7. Program Development
8. Performance Management
The objective is to measure IREDD institutional potency going forward. For this, IREDD is grateful and extends special thanks to Democracy International and USAID/Liberia.
