Welcome to Institute For Research And Democratic Development (IREDD)
Our mission is to make democracy work for the people of Liberia and the region at large by ensuring duty bearers create the platform for unhindered participation of Liberians, to help citizens claim a stake in democratic debates and dialogue, and to advocate for the functioning of the state and its functionaries. We are doing so through various initiatives:

Deacon Bob N. Johnson coordinates all projects stemming from the various programs we offer here at IREDD. His skills surrounding socio-economic advocacy, research, applied knowledge transfer, cost management accounting, and taxation have been valuable assets to our growth of implementing projects.
Key among Deacon Johnson’s notable outputs/successes: Championed advocacy campaigns that yielded timely passage, “The Revenue Sharing Law” of Liberia, closed by 18%, domestic tax revenue collection deficit during FY2014/2015 budget and collected more than one hundred million United Dollars ($100,000,000.00m) in the last four (4) months at the Ministry of Finance/LRA, Large Taxpayers Division (LTD).

Dominic Albert Johnnie is a valuable asset to the growth of integrating Monitoring and Evaluation plans into our projects thereby achieving our outputs, outcome, and impact for projects we implement.
Dominic Albert Johnnie earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics, the University of Liberia, in 2010, a Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation, from Liberia Institute of Public Administration, (LIPA) 2017, a Certificate in Monitoring and Evaluation, Liberia Strategic Analysis/LSA Social Impact/USAID, Certificate of Completion in Reduce the Harm of Microaggression in the Workplace, 2022
Dominic has over five (5) years of M&E and Project implementation experience. Over this period of time, he has been implementing projects funded by OSIWA, UNDP, UNWOMEN, LAVI/USAID, National Endowment for Democracy (NED), GIZ, Innovation for Change Africa/TIDE/USAID and African Transition Justice and Legacy Fund (ATJLF).
